GO EXPLORE CROATIA – TERMS & CONDITIONS
General information
Go Explore Croatia is a brand operated by 2 sister Croatian travel companies that share the same vision and way of operating: Go Explore and Eko Explorations. Depending on the trip you choose you will be directed to one of these two companies for handling details such as payments.
Bookings and payments
Travellers can apply for tours online at goexplorecroatia.com (booking form, e-mail or telephone) or through partner agencies. During the booking process for multi-day tours the traveller pays 30% of the total price while 70% balance is due 30 days before the tour date at the latest (if not stated otherwise).

The price of each tour is listed on this website and includes all details stated in the tour description.
Cancellations by the organiser
The organiser has the right to cancel the tour in case of circumstances that cannot be avoided or if the minimum number of travellers for a specific trip hasn’t been reached. The program of each tour includes a minimum number of travellers that is required to run the tour under advertised prices.
The organiser is obliged to inform all travellers about the cancellation at least 2 days prior to the tour for day trips and at least 7 days prior to the tour for multi-day tours.
In the unlikely case of cancellation by the organiser, the organiser is obliged to return all deposits and payments to the traveler.
Traveler cancellation: Day trips
If the traveller decides to cancel the tour, he/she must do so in writing (e-mail). Date of written cancellation sets the ground for calculation of costs, which are going to be charged by the organiser. Cancellation charges per person (percentage of total trip price):
- 8 or more days prior to arrival – 0%
- 2-7 days prior to arrival – 50%
- 1 day prior to arrival or no show – 100%
Please have in mind that bank fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Traveler cancellation: Multi-day tours
If the traveller decides to cancel the tour, he/she must do so in writing (e-mail). Date of written cancellation sets the ground for calculation of costs, which are going to be charged by the organiser. Cancellation charges per person (percentage of total tour price):
- for the cancellation up to 30 days before the tour, the organiser will charge 30% of the price
- 29 to 15 days: 50%
- 14 to 8 days: 75% of the price
- 7 to 0 days or “no- show”: 100%
Please have in mind that bank fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
In order to offer maximum flexibility to travellers, the organiser allows the change of dates for multi-day tours up to 3 months before departure with no cancellation/change charges.
Special COVID/pandemic cancellation policy for multi-day trips booked in 2022:
Client/guest insurance
All travellers are insured from personal injuries that may occur during local transfers or while participating in organised open air activities.
In addition to that, all travellers’ deposits and payments are insured in case of organiser’s bankruptcy and in case the organiser doesn’t deliver all services that are included in the tour price. Feel free to contact us if you want to see a proof of insurance policies.
