Each day of this island hopping trip between Split and Dubrovnik will be filled with activities such as hiking, sea kayaking and biking while discovering local beaches, villages and Adriatic coastline. Our experienced guide will take you off the beaten path to explore hidden treasures and the way real Croatian people live.

DETAILED ITINERARY – Croatia Island Hopping Multisport

Day 1: Arrival to Split and transfer to Brac Island

Arrival to Split airport and transfer to Split city from where we will take the ferry to our first island hopping destination – Brac island.

This lovely island will enchant you with its beautiful beaches, incredibly clear sea and relaxing Mediterranean atmosphere. The island was blessed with an abundance of sunshine and the kind of nature where the sound of crickets, smell of pine trees and view of olive groves work together to create a magical experience.

Presentation of the program and welcome dinner.

Night: 3*** guesthouse on Brac island
Driving: 30 min from Split airport; Ferry ride: 50 min
Day 2: Brac Island Hiking

Our favourite activity on Brac Island is hiking to Mt Vidova Gora, the highest peak of Croatian Islands at 778 m / 2552 ft.

It offers amazing views over the surrounding islands, coast and one of the most famous beaches in Croatia – the Golden Cape in Bol town.

Time permitting, we can add optional cheese and olive oil tasting in the olive oil museum, swimming and/or a hike to Blaca Monastery and Hermitage.

We will not miss out on a swim after the hike.

Day 2: Brac Island Hiking

Day 3: Hvar Island – Sea Kayaking to Pakleni Islands archipelago

After a good night’s rest we continue with a morning ferry down south to Hvar town on Hvar Island.

We will enjoy sea kayaking to Pakleni Islands archipelago with a snorkeling stop on Marinkovac Island.

Evening in Hvar Old Town, ancient town with rich history famous for having the most sunny hours of all the islands in the Adriatic Sea.

Day 4: Korcula Island Walking

Rich in vineyards, olive groves, small villages and a glorious old town, the island of Korcula is the sixth-largest Adriatic island. Quiet coves and small sandy beaches dot the steep southern coast while the northern shore is flatter and more pebbly.

We will explore the island by foot with a stop for swimming and lunch.

Day 4: Korcula Island Walking

Day 5: Mljet Island Hiking & Cycling

Mljet Island National Park is a perfect place for outdoor activities.

The Park is a large area that borders two saltwater lakes. Right in the middle of the Large Lake, there is a small islet with a large building of the former Benedictine monastery, erected there in the 12th century. The monastery’s building is now a cafe/restaurant. We will hike to the highest peak of the island with a great view over the lakes and surrounding islands. We will use bikes to travel between locations and around the lakes.

Day 6: Travel from Mljet to Dubrovnik. Explore Dubrovnik.

Our visit to Croatian islands continues with a ferry ride from Mljet Island to Dubrovnik, the „pearl of the Adriatic” and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You will have the afternoon and evening to explore Dubrovnik, walk down its famous promenade Stradun, admire the mighty walls and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.

Day 6: Travel from Mljet to Dubrovnik. Explore Dubrovnik.

Our visit to Croatian islands continues with a ferry ride from Mljet Island to Dubrovnik, the „pearl of the Adriatic” and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

You will have the afternoon and evening to explore Dubrovnik, walk down its famous promenade Stradun, admire the mighty walls and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere.

Day 7: Sea Kayaking & Cycling Sipan island

Our adventure begins with a ferry from Dubrovnik to Sudurad village on Sipan Island. An enjoyable bike ride will take us across the island until we arrive at the charming Luka Sipanska fishermen village. There, we’ll transition to a refreshing sea kayaking experience, paddling along the enchanting shores and marveling at the breathtaking cliffs that adorn the coastline. There will be time for an optional lunch in one if the excellent restaurants in Luka Sipanska village.

In the evening we return to Dubrovnik where, to celebrate our adventure, we will have a final dinner together and exchange experiences before saying goodbye to our fellow travelers.

Day 8: Departure

Today is the last day of our Croatia Island Hopping Multisport tour and we transfer you to the airport, bus station or your next hotel.

If you wish to spend more time in Dubrovnik, we recommend you extend your stay for a few days on your own. There are definitely many things to see (Dubrovnik walls walk, visit of Lokrum Island Reserve, cable car to Srd Mountain, nearby Montenegro…) and it’s worth the extension.

  • Group size: 2-8 persons (we usually work with small groups in order to provide high quality service, but we can also accommodate bigger groups on request).
  • If you are interested in a private customized trip please contact us for details and quote.
  • Meals: The price of the Croatia Island Hopping Multisport includes 7 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners. Sometimes our guides might offer to pay for lunch instead of dinner in case you prefer to have dinner on your own. Our guides will be happy to recommend a local restaurant or grocery store for meals that are not included in the tour. We can provide vegetarian or vegan meals with advance notice. If you have any special dietary needs or restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • Accommodation: private ensuite rooms in charming 3-star hotels and guesthouses. For families or groups of friends it’s possible to get a whole private house or apartment with advance notice.
