Day 1-3: Brac Island
Our yoga holiday starts by meeting in Split, the second largest city in Croatia famous for its Diocletian’s Palace – an imposing Roman ruin with a rich and interesting history dating back to the 4th century, protected by the UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. We will take an afternoon ferry from Split and reach the lovely island of Brac which will enchant you with its incredibly clear sea, pine trees and olive groves. Settling in charming Bol town allows us to relax, let go of all worries and tensions and dive into the peaceful Mediterranean atmosphere.
Each day will start with yoga practice, followed by relaxation, free time and one hike up to Mt Vidova Gora from where you can admire the stunning view over the Dalmatian Islands. Swimming on the most famous Croatian beach in Bol (Golden Cape) and trying the famous local olive oil and fresh produce will definitely be some of the highlights of this portion of the trip. Optional activities like sea kayaking, kite surfing, wind surfing, SUP or active visit of the nearby Hvar Island will be proposed if you wish to explore more beauties of this adventure rich region. Depending on that day’s schedule there might be time for a gentle yoga class before the evening that you can enjoy in one of the waterfront cafes or just relaxing.
